State the Problem

The problem is that we need to create a suitable poster for the ISM X Factor competition that will take place in the International School of Milan in November in the school theatre. The requirements that Miss.Dayklin is asking us, are that we need to do the poster for every type of audience because there will  be a range of people. The poster should not only be suitable for every type of audience, it should even catch peoples attention and obviously it needs to be suitable for the event. To do this I need to choose the right size of the poster and the writing has to be big enough to see it from far away. To make it more attracting I need to use a variety of colours which stand out. Even the place where I will put the poster must be in a strategic place. To achieve all these things I need to do a plan step by step and follow my plan. Before I do the plan I need to investigate for information that will help me to create the poster and see if my idea is appreciated by Miss.Dayklin. It will be useful to do even a gantt chart because it will help me to organize better my time and complete step by step the assignments without losing myself.

Continued Intro

I my opinion organising, designing and creating this project could be really helpful during my life because it will help my organization and my reflecting skills. It could be useful if, when I start to work, I start to work in a company of advertisements so this project could help me in many different aspects such as, communicating with others and creating advertisments for every age. Every project in the school is linked to an Area of Interaction. This unit is related to Community and Service. This means that when I am working at this project I am completing some CASS hours I have to complete before the end of the school year. With this CASS hours I get a higher grade in my report. This project will not also help me for my grade in my report but you will feel well when you finished the project and think that you have done it for the community.
